Figshare and in-house scripts

Our second upload on figshare just went live. The first post was a poster two years ago, and I hadn't figured out a compelling use for figshare.

However, my graduate students went to a workshop by the figshare people last week, and pointed out a compelling use; in-house scripts. The scripts used to do analysis , but that aren't really novel methods for publications. Now we can post them, and they can be shared and vetted.

Ryan Melvin has upload the simple markov model analysis script that we use; very simple to use and has a couple interesting features.

Feel free to play with!.
